Glamorgan Home Guard Living History Group is a group of reenactors who research and recreate the local Home Guard units.

29th Infantry ‘Bedford Boys’ Living History Group research and recreate the US 29th Inf Div, 116th Inf Regiment. They also recreate units of the American Civil War and War of Independance.

1940 Swansea Bay Museum is the premier Second World War museum in South Wales. The museum brings to life the sights and sounds of the Second World War.

Barry War Brides  is a monthly magazine produced by local historian Glenn Booker which can be downloaded.

The World at War.info is a website dedicated to the WW2 run by a Barry based historian.

Vale Heritage Centre Coalition is a group formed to lobby for the establishment of a Heritage Centre based in Barry, as part of the regeneration of the town.

World War Two Northern Ireland is an educational site about WW2 in the province.
